A Group Rides: 17 + mph, 28 to 30 miles within Irving.
B Group Rides: 15 -17 mph, 28-30 miles within Irving.
C Group Rides: 13 – 15 MPH, 23 – 25 miles within Irving – NO DROP.
Leaderless Rides / Warm-up: Meet for informal rides at various levels – often dividing up into multiple groups depending on who shows up to ride.
Rides with Leaders: Official CCC rides with club member volunteers who lead and sweep the rides.

Saturday morning
8:00 am Broadway at 5th Street in Carrollton
About 38 miles (winter) and 50 miles (summer) at a moderate pace into Irving and Las Colinas.
This is a CCC supported ride with a ride leader, sweeper and double pace line. The meeting place is at the grassy parking lot, one block south of the Gazebo in downtown Carrollton. The pace is 15-16 mph and there is one stop at the Belt Line Road Starbucks. Attendance ranges from 15-20 riders.
Pathfinder Rides
At various times and start locations, year round, weather permitting. Check our Facebook page prior to every ride. All rides are under 25 miles primarily on multi-use paths and usually include a brunch or lunch stop. These rides are in Flower Mound, Highland Village, Denton Katy Trail, Grapevine Horseshoe Trail and Campion Trail in Irving. Pathfinders Fun Cycling has been organizing these free, beginner / intermediate no-drop rides since 2010 and only require that you wear a helmet and be able to average a minimum of 10 mph for at least 5 miles before joining this group. About 32 miles at a recovery pace into Dallas area.

Warm-up ride, Irving Bible Church, 5:30 pm
About 10 miles at a warm up pace in Irving area.An unofficial, leaderless ride of 10 miles or less, at a warm-up pace prior to the 6:00 pm summer rides. About 23 miles at a No-Drop pace in Irving area.
This is a CCC supported ride with a ride leader, sweeper and double pace line designed for new riders or recovery riders who just want an easier pace. The slowest rider will set the pace, however, please be considerate of the other riders and be able to maintain a 13 mph average pace, including some hills. No one will be left behind. About 27 miles at a Challenging pace in Irving area.
This is a CCC supported ride with a ride leader, sweeper and double pace line. The usual pace is 16+ mph, which includes some challenging Las Colinas hills. Riders may be dropped if they cannot maintain the group’s pace, so you may need to learn the course in order to be able to return to IBC without the group. About 15-25 miles at a No-drop pace in the surrounding areas. Mileage is adjusted accordingly to whoever comes riding each week.

The slowest rider will set the pace, however, please be considerate of the other riders and be able to maintain 13 mph average pace including the hills. No one will be left behind.
